Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper-Office Manager located in Glencarse. The Bookkeeper-Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, processing journal entries, and managing accounting software. Day-to-day tasks include bookkeeping, handling finance-related tasks such as VAT returns, and ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You would work on some days alongside another part time bookeeper who does the payroll but this is usually done in combination. Online banking and payments.
Qualifications
* Confident and Strong Bookkeeping skills and experience
* Experience with SAGE line 50 Accounting Software and processing Journal Entries (Accounting)
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
* Good organizational and office management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
