We are looking for a strategic and creative Head of Marketing & Communications to elevate our brand. In this key role, you will lead our marketing and communications strategy, oversee brand and digital engagement, and enhance Castle Water’s profile as a trusted and forward-thinking utility partner.
You will collaborate closely with our leadership team and marketing staff to develop campaigns, craft compelling stories, and achieve meaningful results. If you thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and aim to drive significant change in a vital industry, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
* Strategic Leadership: Proven experience leading brand, marketing, and communications strategies in B2B or regulated environments.
* Reputation Building: Skilled in managing PR and media relations to enhance brand visibility and trust.
* Customer-Centric Storytelling: Ability to develop creative campaigns that resonate with customers and increase engagement.
* Digital Innovation: Expertise in optimizing digital marketing channels and content strategies to improve online presence.
* Collaborative Influence: Strong track record of working cross-functionally and managing agency relationships to deliver unified campaigns.
* Team Empowerment: Passionate about inspiring, developing, and leading high-performing marketing teams.
Based in Blairgowrie, we value your presence in the office, aiming for two days a week onsite. We prefer candidates with a reasonable commute to Blairgowrie and offer a flexible, vibrant working environment to support you in this role.
