Join Manx Care as a Band 5 or Band 6 Occupational Therapist and help make a real difference to the community of the Isle of Man.
We offer a variety of opportunities, including dynamic rotational roles and a dedicated Band 6 community position. In rotational roles, you’ll gain experience across clinics such as orthopaedics, medical care, and self-referrals. Band 5 (Annex T) provides core skills development with senior clinician support, progressing to autonomous practice. Band 6 therapists manage specialised caseloads with opportunities to expand expertise.
To work as an Occupational Therapist on the Isle of Man you will need to be registered with the UK HCPC. Applications from those not registered cannot be accepted to the Talent Pool.

Job Description & Responsibilities
* Occupational Therapy Talent Pool – Join Manx Care as a Band 5 or Band 6 Occupational Therapist to support the community of the Isle of Man.
* Benefit from dynamic rotational roles across clinics (orthopaedics, medical care, self-referrals) and a dedicated Band 6 community position.
* Develop core skills in Band 5 with training and senior clinician support; progression to autonomous practice. Band 6 therapists manage specialised caseloads.
* Work within an integrated health and social care service with a multidisciplinary team, across the Isle of Man.
* Gain priority access to job opportunities through the Talent Pool; new vacancies may be offered directly by hiring managers. HCPC registration is required.

* A relocation package up to £7,000 (based on receipts).
* Housing assistance available to cover the difference between current mortgage/rent and new accommodation up to £250 per month.
* Recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th and 25th months of employment.
