My client a leading bank is looking for an experienced Commercial Analyst to support the Modern Workplace Commercial function, focusing on supplier assurance, contract management, and commercial analysis for end-user computing services. The role involves working with internal stakeholders and global technology service providers to optimise asset deployment and manage commercial risks.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing multi-million-pound contracts through their full life cycle.
* Provide insights and analysis to support supply profiling and cost control.
* Communicate complex delivery challenges in clear, business-friendly language.
* Support contract change control and third-party relationship management.
* Interface between internal functions and external suppliers to ensure compliance and performance.
* Raise and manage purchase orders, invoicing, and journal transfers.
Skills & Experience Required
* Commercial Expertise: Contract management, supplier relationship management, financial forecasting.
* Data & Reporting: Development and debugging of reporting tools, management information, data-driven decision-making.
* Strong commercial experience with budget ownership and supplier management
* Contract negotiation and end-to-end process mapping
* Stakeholder management across internal and external parties
* Data-driven reporting and financial forecasting
