Air Source Heat Pump Installation Engineer

A global leader in sustainable energy is seeking an Air Source Heat Pump Installation Engineer to join our growing team, delivering high-quality installations across Central England - covering the Midlands and down.
This is a unique chance to join at the ground floor: as their first in-house engineer, you'll have the opportunity to grow with the business, shape how we deliver projects, and develop into a leadership role as the team expands.
Responsibilities
* Install and commission air source heat pumps in residential and light commercial properties
* Carry out associated plumbing, heating, and electrical work as required
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Ensure all work meets industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations
* Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on site
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Air Source Heat Pump system installations
* Relevant qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating, F-Gas, or equivalent
* Knowledge of heating system design, wiring, and controls
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Central England
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Package:
* Salary £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
* Bonus
* Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
* Company van, fuel card, tools, and uniform provided
