For this role it is essential that you hold a full UK, manual driving licence with a minimum of 1 years' driving experience as the people we support have their own mobility cars.
Our bank contracts offer flexibility over the days and hours you work. Tell us when you are available, and we will look to give you shifts that fit. This is a Bank (as and when required) role, meaning shifts will be offered based on service needs. If you're looking for full-time, guaranteed hours, this may not be the right fit, but if you want flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:
As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support when it's needed most. You will help ensure consistent support during staff leave, sickness or training. To build trusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up 1–2 shifts per week.
