What We’re Looking For:
* Degree-qualified in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
* Chartered or working towards CEng status with a recognised institution (e.g. IET, CIBSE)
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical building services design
* Strong technical knowledge of relevant software: AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, NES, Cymap, MS Office
* Commercially aware and confident in client-facing environments
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of electrical design services on a variety of building projects across sectors
* Manage and mentor junior and intermediate engineers, supporting their technical growth
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and external project teams
* Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and contract documentation
* Ensure designs meet quality, compliance, and safety standards
* Support financial and project planning activities, including fee proposals and budgeting
* Contribute to business development by helping identify new project opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships
* Stay current with technical standards, industry trends, and legislation
