Your Role As a Teaching Assistant / Team Member, you will: Support students throughout all parts of their day, including learning sessions, personal care and mealtimes. Help create a stimulating learning environment following the principles of Conductive Education. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and colleagues as part of a transdisciplinary team. Assist with planning, record-keeping and the creation of individual student goals. Promote safety, wellbeing and safeguarding at all times. Provide consistent, compassionate, high-quality care.This role involves physical interaction, facilitation and movement of equipment, so confidence in working in a hands-on environment is essential. What We’re Looking For You will be: Empathetic, supportive and committed to promoting independence. Able to communicate clearly, work as part of a team and use your initiative confidently. Adaptable, reliable, and motivated with a positive approach to young people. Willing to fully participate in all aspects of school life.Experience with young people or individuals with disabilities is helpful but not essential — the right values and attitude matter most.
