You should be confident in liaising with external contractors and the restaurant team, understand the importance of high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and be able to work efficiently with high energy levels.
In our fast-paced, high-energy environment, you'll assist the restaurant management in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and the building. You'll coordinate with external contractors to ensure repairs are completed with minimal disruption, and work as a supportive team member demonstrating enthusiasm for maintaining high standards inside and outside the restaurant.
