Provide 1:1 and small group support, both in and out of the classroom. Help manage behaviour positively and promote emotional wellbeing. Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement individual learning plans. ✅ Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise). Be patient, empathetic, and resilient. Have a genuine passion for inclusive education. Be confident working as part of a team and using initiative.
