IT Engineer – OneTrust Data Discovery Integration
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Subcontractor, 6 Month Initial Contract
We need a skilled IT Engineer to integrate OneTrust Data Discovery across systems handling personal data. You’ll gather technical data, open/validate network paths, and work with SMEs to deploy and configure worker nodes and connectors.
Key Deliverables
* Onboard prioritized assets into OneTrust
* Document connectivity/setup for each application
* Complete initial catalog scans with ICRM
* Develop SOPs for onboarding, credentials, and change control
Technical Skills
* OS: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu)
* Databases/Stores: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SMB/NFS, SharePoint, OneDrive
* Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, proxies, TLS, firewalls (Palo Alto/Checkpoint), load balancers, VPN
* Identity: AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM
Experience
* Deploying/scaling agents or scanning tools (e.g., vuln scanners, DLP, EDR).
* Secret and credential management.
* Strong documentation (diagrams, runbooks, playbooks).
* Managing multiple parallel integrations.
OneTrust experience is a plus but not required.
Nice to Have
* OneTrust Data Discovery nodes, connectors, classification tuning
* ServiceNow CMDB and change workflows
* Data governance/privacy concepts (PII, PCI, PHI)
* Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
