Operations Director
to take the reins of day-to-day operations, helping us strengthen our foundations while keeping our eyes firmly on the future.
Role Description
This role is instrumental to the growth of the company
. You'll oversee day-to-day operations while leading
project management initiatives that drive growth
, ensuring the business continues to scale effectively.

. You'll streamline operations, inspire and empower the team, to ensure a seamless e-commerce B2B customer experience –while working closely on our ambitious growth plan. By taking ownership of operations, you'll free up the CEO & Founder to focus on innovation and expansion, making you a key driver in shaping the future of the business.
This is a
full-time, on-site role
based in
Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire
. You'll oversee strategic business planning, operational processes, financial oversight, budgeting, and efficiency improvements. Working together with senior management, you'll align day-to-day operations with our wider vision – ensuring both stability and growth.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in
business planning and operations management
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Experience in finance and budgeting
* Demonstrated leadership and people management
abilities
* Expertise in
B2B e-commerce
and a background in the
professional beauty industry is desirable.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hands-on SME environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills
* BA or MBA desirable
