Technical Delivery Lead (Engagement Services)
We need a delivery-first Technical Delivery Lead to run complex CRM and data-led programmes across multiple squads, bringing structure, visibility, and predictable software delivery, not just tracking activity.
Programme Overview (Context for the Role)
This role sits within a central function that enables multiple value streams across the business.
The successful candidate will operate across multiple concurrent programmes, with primary focus on:
1. CRM Improvement Programme (Dynamics)
Ongoing enhancements and upgrades across Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments
Supporting customer, sales (advisor), and servicing journeys
Driving consistency, performance, and usability across the platform
2. Data Migration Programme
Supporting complex data migrations and integrations
Ensuring smooth transition of data across systems and platforms
Working closely with engineering teams on delivery and execution
Wider Programme Scope Includes:
CRM integrations and platform improvements
SmartComms / Laserfiche (document generation & digital fulfilment)
Upgrades across multiple environments
First-time builds of new services (key pressure area), including:
APIs
Terraform infrastructure provisioning
Platform-level service creation
