An excellent GP practice close to the Bognor Regis area is looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join their welcoming, forward-thinking team. The role
As a Clinical Pharmacist in this practice, you will:
* Lead medicines optimisation across the patient population
* Carry out structured medication reviews, particularly for patients with long-term conditions or on complex medications
* Ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient prescribing
* Provide consultations in person, by phone, or video for medicines queries
* Contribute to QOF, prescribing incentive schemes, and safety audits
* Work closely with community pharmacies, care homes, and the wider NHS
What we’re looking for
* GPhC registered pharmacist
* Primary care experience preferred (hospital or community experience also considered)
* Excellent communication skills with a patient-centred approach
* Independent Prescribing qualification desirable
