We are currently looking for an experienced Portfolio Leasing Manager (onsite) to join our Build to Rent Team.

Responsibilities of a Portfolio Leasing Manager:
* Being pro-active and managing time effectively to provide high level of service to the client.
* Offering support to other team members within the Build to Rent team.
* Marketing of Re-Lets and social media carousel posts.
* Network engagement for lease-up of available units.
* Oversee all renewal market commentary and individual rent reviews, liaise directly with the client and renewals from negotiation through to completion.
* Organising inventory, check ins & check outs and arrange pre tenancy checks pre/post tenancy.
* Morning Meetings
* Ensuring all administration is completed to a high standard and fully compliant in line with legislation and the audit guidelines.
* Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
* Ensure BTR deal tracker and invoicing is up to date on the central system.
* Registering all inbound leads and self-generating enquiries from the network database.
* Creating and maintaining accurate electronic property and client records.
* Running reports and checking data, to provide accurate portfolio performance reports for colleague and client use.
* Attending regular client meetings, virtual or in person.
* Supporting onsite concierge to meet safety, compliance and housing legislation requirements at all times.
* Conduct onsite property visits and reporting of snagging repairs and maintenance to client’s central team.
* Undertake viewings and property tours.
* Oversee deal progression from offer through completion.
* Create and maintain detailed, accurate files notes.
* Manage day to day relationships with contractors and field Tenant queries.
* Work with the client and the external referencing providers regarding any potential breaches.
* Work with our central deposits team to progress damages & reimbursements.
* Achieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Oversee training and development of new members of staff.
* Handling complaints escalated from the Customer Care.
* Comply with all Legislation and internal audit guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise a heavy workload
* Positive, pro-active and flexible approach
* Previous experience required, ideally within the property industry either from property management, new homes, build to rent or managerial experience
* High personal standards, passionate about excellent customer service and an active ambassador (internal and external)
* Highly organised, with an excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Competent user of Microsoft Office, notably Outlook and Excel
* Team player, with the self-drive to work alone when required
* Warm, personable and professional
* A full and clean UK driver`s Licence
