We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of our catering service by assisting with food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer care. This is a varied role where you’ll work across both front-of-house and kitchen areas, helping ensure a smooth and efficient service for customers. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting with basic food preparation in line with menu requirements. Serving hot and cold food and beverages during service periods. Ensuring counters, displays, and seating areas are clean, organised, and fully stocked before service. Preparing and supporting hospitality catering when required. Receiving, checking, storing, and rotating stock to maintain quality and freshness. Following all health, safety, food hygiene, and fire regulations. What We’re Looking For A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help colleagues. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards. Previous catering or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
