What you’ll do:
* Lead end-to-end customer supply operations, delivering exceptional service across retail, DTC, and B2B channels.
* Own and optimise inventory planning and availability strategies to balance growth with operational excellence.
* Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers, ensuring supply aligns with business goals.
* Harness data-driven insights to anticipate trends, strengthen forecasting, and improve replenishment strategies.
* Drive measurable performance improvements across warehouse operations, fulfilment, and customer service.
* Develop, mentor, and inspire your team, embedding accountability, energy, and continuous improvement.
* Act as a visible, hands-on leader who influences and collaborates across the business.
Essential experience:
* Proven leadership experience in customer supply, inventory management, or supply chain within beauty, FMCG, or manufacturing.
* Proven experience supporting teams through transformation and change
* Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of turning customer and channel insights into actionable plans.
* Excellent analytical skills and confidence in data-led decision making.
* A collaborative leadership style, skilled at breaking down silos and embedding cultural change.
* Passion for customer experience, with the energy, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
