Parts Advisor - Mazda Suzuki role at Stoneacre Motor Group. We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join one of the UK's fastest growing motor groups. You will deliver excellent customer service and provide industry-leading advice on our products and services to our customers, representing a variety of manufacturers with extensive knowledge of vehicles and parts. You will be a motivated team player who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy environment. Through in-house and manufacturer training, you will receive support and development to reach your full potential while contributing to Stoneacre becoming the strong Number One Motor Group.
Responsibilities
* Ensure parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department Technicians.
* Sell parts directly to both retail and trade customers via telephone, online and face-to-face.
* Maintain stock levels, order parts as required and ensure deliveries are correct.
* Assist customers via telephone, online and face-to-face, and process orders over the telephone.
* Identify parts required for vehicles, using the Electronic Parts Catalogue and our DMS system.
* Sourcing parts for internal and external customers.
* Picking parts and effectively communicating with the Service department.
* Carry out some administration duties such as invoicing.
About you
* Ideally experience in the Automotive sector within a Parts Advisor role; training will be provided (knowledge of Kerridge advantageous).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a proactive team with a can-do attitude.
* Sales and target-driven with reliable and punctual work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and parts location.
* Strong attention to detail with an organized, methodical approach and ability to work under pressure.
* Flexible and dynamic, capable of adapting to changing priorities.
