The Role:
* Motivate the team and lead by example as a Food & Beverage Supervisor
* Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in smooth department operations
* Support and deliver training to develop team skills and knowledge
* Maintain a visible presence to ensure prompt and effective response to guest requests and complaints, using feedback to improve service
* Handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the guest experience
* Continuously develop knowledge and skills for best practice service delivery
* Follow company SOPs and understand standards across the hotel
* Have strong product knowledge of food & beverage offerings and auditing procedures
* Ensure the department is prepared for daily operations
* Communicate effectively with all departments
* Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations, reporting hazards or incidents
