Role | Court of Protection Paralegal Company | Top 200 Legal Firm Experience | 1-2 years experience working in a similar role Based | Lincolnshire Offer | £26,000 - £32,000 per annum benefits (depending on experience) We are working with a reputable law firm based across Lincolnshire and the Midlands are recruiting for a Court of Protection Paralegal to work in their Lincoln office. The firm are looking to hire someone with previous experience working within a similar area of law who is looking to continue to grow and develop in a Court of Protection role. Typical duties would include: Dealing with initial enquiries Sending routine correspondence Liaising with family members/care homes Providing a good service to existing and longstanding clients Maintaining accurate records of time spent on work. The successful candidate Previous Court of Protection Paralegal/Caseworker experience. Excellent communication skills for clear advice and building rapport. Proactive and detail-oriented; eager to learn and develop. Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm's success.
