Pay: £13.69 - £15.87 per hour

Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a busy mainstream primary school in the M14 area. This part-time, long-term position is perfect for a Teaching Assistant who thrives supporting children with complex needs and wants to make a real difference in the classroom.
Teaching Assistant Role Information:
* Support EYFS and KS1 pupils in small groups and 1:1 sessions.
* Work with children with complex learning needs including ASD, profound learning difficulties, and non-verbal pupils.
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons, adapting resources to suit individual pupil requirements.
* Encourage social, emotional, and behavioural development through structured support and interventions.
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment as a Teaching Assistant.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
* Previous UK school experience supporting EYFS and KS1 pupils.
* Experience with complex needs, including ASD, profound learning difficulties, and non-verbal pupils.
* Calm, patient, and adaptable approach to support children's learning.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
* Able to start immediately and commit to a long-term role.
