An amazing opportunity has arisen for a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a friendly and supportive team, with the bonus of flexible working hours, which can be done in 3 full days or spread across 5 days.
Duties:
* Matching GRN
* Processing purchase invoices
* Setting up new suppliers
* Reconciling suppliers’ statements
* Assisting with payment runs
* Dealing with suppliers’ queries
Must Have:
* Experience of purchase ledger
* Able to process high volumes of invoices
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
* Experience of Sage 1000 would be advantage
