Internal Recruitment Executive at Talbots Law. For Law For Life. Location: Hanley or Newcastle under Lyme, England. We are looking for a proactive Family Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year qualified experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in Family Law.
As a Lawyer, you will handle high net worth privately funded work, providing accurate family law advice to clients and managing matters from initial instruction through to completion.

The Job
* Working across a variety of predominantly privately funded matters including Divorce, Financial remedy, Domestic violence, Children law / Children Act applications, Emergency applications and orders, Adoption and Special Guardianship
* Advising upon and conducting proceedings to secure proper course of action and balanced favourable judgments
* Using the Company’s case management system to manage caseload and record time for efficient billing
* Support the development of the Family Law Department and the Company by delivering excellent service to grow the client base
What you Need
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience, specialising in Private Family law
* Strong working knowledge of financial relief
* Proven track record of conducting proceedings from commencement to conclusion and a commitment to outstanding client care
* Excellent administrative, planning, organisation and time management skills; proficient in MS Office
