Overview
Join CCHA’s Transformation Team to redesign services, processes and ways of working, tackling the housing crisis across North of England and improving community services.
Responsibilities
* Shape redesign of services, processes and ways of working.
* Identify requirements and inform technology selection to enhance customer & colleague experience.
* Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring best practice and consistency across all analysis activities.
* Shape and maintain process architecture, facilitate workshops and manage the full requirements lifecycle.
* Act as a key link between stakeholders, technical teams and partners.
* Support development of business cases, defining clear benefits and ensuring every change delivers real value.
Qualifications
* Experience leading and mentoring a Business Analyst team.
* Strong knowledge of business analysis best practice and consistency.
* Proven architecture design, workshop facilitation and lifecycle management skills.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and stakeholder link skills.
* Experience developing business cases with clear benefits.
Benefits & Working Arrangements
Fixed‑term 18 months, 36.25 hours per week, salary £50,490 + benefits package. Interviews will be held in Newcastle at our Arcadia Office; alternative arrangements can be arranged.
