What you'll be doing
Servicing and repairing all makes and models
Finding and fixing both mechanical and electrical faults
Carrying out safety checks and test drives
Stripping down and refitting parts with care
Helping to guide apprentices and less experienced staff
Recording work on our garage management system (we'll show you how)
Working with the team to keep jobs running smoothly
What We Offer
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
A £500 bonus upon successful completion of probation

Requirements
Proven experience as a working on multiple vehicle brands.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
Good understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering top-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
Full UK driving licence.
