Client Executive - Education Practice
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Education Team as a Client Executive. Do you enjoy working with clients to build strong working relationships? Do you enjoy providing the best service possible for clients? Then the Client Executive opportunity may be of interest to you.
You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients and prospective clients across the Education sector. You will identify and agree strategies for each clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives as well as working with clients to maximise the business opportunities and broaden the product offering.

We will rely on you to:
7. Manage an allocated portfolio of clients across the Education sector
8. Identify and agree strategies for each clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
9. Work with clients to maximise the business opportunities and broaden the product offering
10. Lead programme design activities through to sign off
11. Produce budget proposals for client and negotiate fees
12. Host client and Insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams
13. Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients
14. Prospect and win new clients
What you need to have:
15. Proven Insurance experience, preferably within Commercial lines, however, Personal lines experience will also be considered
16. Experience of working with Education related clients will be beneficial, but not essential
17. Strong relationship building and relationship management skills are essential
18. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills are essential
19. Analytical and problem solving skills will be beneficial
20. Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable
