This is a permanent, site-based role focused on high-quality New Build Housing installations and comprehensive aftercare. The Package Earnings: 45-hour basic week + consistent overtime (Average 50hrs). OT Rates: Saturday (1.5x) | Sunday (2.0x). Key Responsibilities As a core member of the mechanical team, you will handle full-cycle installations and warranty support: New Build Installation: 1st & 2nd Fix, Soil & Waste, Sanitary Ware, and Steel Pipework. Commissioning: Testing and commissioning of systems and domestic boilers. Compliance: Carrying out Gas Safety Checks and issuing Landlord/Homeowner certificates. Aftercare: Attending emergency call-outs and managing snagging lists as directed by Contracts Managers. Communication: Providing feedback on customer care issues and site progress.
