An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Directorate Administrator & Project Support to join the Gloucestershire Hospitals Foundation Trust's Strategy and Transformation Team.
Reporting to the Strategic Programme Manager, the role is to provide administrative and project support to the directorate team and the projects the directorate is delivering.
The role involves supporting a range of projects, working under the guidance of the Transformation team’s Programme and Project Managers, and using own initiative. The post holder will be part of the transformation function, working with Operational Directors, Clinical Leads, General Managers, and other senior Trust and ICS members to ensure projects deliver their defined outputs and outcomes on time.
Key responsibilities include coordinating progress reporting, managing meetings for strategic projects and programmes, and ensuring effective communication between project teams and partner organisations. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for inquiries from end users.
