Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing young children's learning and growth in a safe and stimulating environment. Responsibilities
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
* Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for individual learning needs.
* Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Skills
* Strong management and leadership abilities to guide a team effectively.
* Previous experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
* A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to drive is advantageous for transporting children or materials as required.
