Bridge Recruitment are working alongside a prestigious law firm who are looking for a proactive Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their busy and friendly conveyancing team, with offices based in Gravesend, Chatham,Maidstone and Tonbridge. This is a full-time, permanent position: Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.

The role covers a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including:
Freehold & leasehold sales/purchases
Transfers of equity, remortgages
Lease renewals, landlord & tenant work
Refinancing, business sales/acquisitions
Utilities agreements & development support
Managing files from instruction to completion
Requirements:
Strong experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
Highly organised, with excellent client care and communication skills
Business development experience is a plus
