In this role, you'll take ownership of key estimating duties, including measurement from drawings, preparing bills of quantities, pricing works, and liaising with suppliers and clients throughout the tender process. You'll work closely with the wider commercial and pre-construction team, supporting projects from early feasibility through to contract award. The ideal candidate will have a background in estimating or quantity surveying, with the ability to measure confidently from drawings and price projects independently.
