A leading and fast-growing law firm with a Legal500 and Chambers-recognised property finance team is seeking a talented Property & Secured Lending Lawyer (2+ PQE) to join its collaborative office in North London.
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team, working on high-quality residential, commercial, and secured lending transactions — with the flexibility to shape your caseload around your strengths and interests.
? What you’ll do:
* Act for borrowers and lenders across a broad range of secured lending matters
* Handle residential investment and refinancing transactions (including portfolios)
* Draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documentation
* Optional scope to handle commercial property transactions (sales, purchases, leases)
* Build strong relationships with entrepreneurial clients and lender panels
* Mentor junior lawyers and support staff
* Play an active role in business development
? About you:
* UK-qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE (min. 3 years’ total experience)
* Background in property transactions and secured lending
* Able to manage residential conveyancing and refinancing transactions with confidence
* Familiarity with short-term/bridging and long-term lending
* Experience acting for lenders desirable (training can be provided)
* Commercial, organised, and personable – with a client-first mindset
