Overview
Field Service Engineer. Our client is a specialist engineering business within the water treatment sector, providing installation, servicing and maintenance of water treatment systems for industrial and commercial clients across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities
* Service and maintain water treatment systems including Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Filters and Water Softeners
* Install and commission equipment (depending on experience)
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely
* Build strong relationships with customers and site teams
* Complete service reports and documentation
* Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety requirements
* Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
About You
* GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
* Electrical Engineering background preferred, mechanical experience considered
* Experience as a Service Engineer or field-based technical role desirable
* Water treatment or PLC experience advantageous
* Strong communication and IT skills
* Self-motivated with a professional, customer-focused approach
Pay and working Pattern
* £33,000 - £37,000
* Monday to Friday with flexibility for call-outs and overnight stays with additional pay
