As a Resourcing Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Babcock's future workforce within our Nuclear division. Reporting to a Senior Resourcing Lead and operating as part of our People Services team, you'll work closely with senior leaders to understand workforce demand and deliver high‑impact recruitment solutions across permanent, temporary and contingent hiring. This is a role with real influence.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days onsite (Warrington, Radar Road, Bristol) and 2 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions, which may affect eligibility based on place of birth, nationality, or residency.
Responsibilities
* Partnering with Directors and Senior Managers to understand workforce plans and future capability needs.
* Delivering effective sourcing strategies across permanent and contingent recruitment.
* Managing relationships with RPO and MSP providers to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery.
* Using data and insights to inform resourcing decisions and improve outcomes.
* Influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive practical, forward‑thinking recruitment solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering sourcing strategies within an HR, resourcing or talent acquisition function.
* Strong background working in a target‑driven recruitment environment, including RPO models.
* Experience supporting recruitment within the nuclear or highly regulated engineering sector.
* Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Strong analytical capability, including use of Excel and recruitment systems.
