Role Details
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, in a growing team of ambitious marketing professionals, this newly created role will play a fundamental part in coordinating and executing on the company’s Account-focused approach.
As our ABM Campaign Executive, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing personalised marketing campaigns that align with our GTM strategy to engage, nurture, and convert high-priority target accounts.
The role is highly social, collaborating with teams across the business, especially with Sales, as the company is operating under a segmented focused ABM Pod system, consisting of members from Sales and Marketing. The right candidate needs to be excited by the challenge of working cross-functionally at a fast-paced, hyper-growth company.
What needs doing
* Responsible for coordinating and implementing ABM programs / campaigns to drive engagement across the ICP universe
* Working closely with the wider Marketing team in building out compelling segment and persona focused multitouch campaigns, using audience insights and market research
* Jointly with the Marketing Ops Lead, optimise current channels and identify new ones when suitable, both online and offline
* Work closely with the Marketing Ops Lead on regular reporting, A/B tests, data needs and tooling
* Effective campaign communication across the whole Revenue team, including update of automation tools
* Together with the wider Marketing team, develop and execute ABM campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, content syndication, events, etc.) tailored to key target accounts and personas
* Create account-level messaging, campaign assets, and personalised content that resonate with key decision-makers
* HubSpot campaign management, set up and execution
* Test and optimise messaging, creative, and channels for maximum impact
* Support the alignment between marketing and sales to ensure a cohesive and targeted approach to account engagement.
Essential Skills
* Proven success in a SaaS business Marketing role (3+ years)
* Experience within a B2B SaaS business and an ABM focused GTM approach is a must
* Experience of WordPress, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, data collection, manipulation, reporting and dashboarding
* Creative background with a strong technical flare, interested in adopting new AI powered processes and workflows
* An ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance insights
* Strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* A background in Sustainability, or climate tech, would be an advantage, but not essential
