Key responsibilities Telesales Team Manager:
* Inspire, and lead outbound telesales agents to exceed sales goals.
* Play an active part in the recruitment and onboarding of new Telesales agents.
* Deliver training and development to empower team members and foster growth.
* Track performance metrics offering valuable feedback, coaching to boost performance.
* Facilitate team meetings to align targets, share best practices, and celebrate achievements.
* Collaborate with management to align sales strategies and objectives
* Foster a positive, dynamic work environment that promotes collaboration and productivity
Skills and experience required Telesales Team Manager:
* Previous Management experience in outbound B2B telesales, preferably in the energy sector
* Strong skills in coaching and mentoring, with a focus on enhancing team performance
* Driven by targets and results, with a proven history of overachieving sales objectives
* Skilled at transforming data and information into insights that inform decision-making
* A positive mindset and dedication to building a cooperative team atmosphere
* Able to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple priorities

Role: Telesales Team Manager (Energy /Utilities)
Location: Leicester Office
Salary: £40k -£45K DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE 80K plus)
