First Grade Projects is seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality plumbing solutions across a range of commercial and domestic environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on diverse and meaningful projects, including schools, NHS facilities, offices, and industrial sites.
Role Responsibilities:
* Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across commercial and domestic settings.
* Collaborate with site teams and clients to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and industry best practices at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in both commercial and domestic plumbing.
* Must have own basic tools (specialist tools can be provided as required).
* CSCS card preferred.
* Clean Drivers Licence.
* Relevant plumbing qualifications – to be presented at the time of interview.
* Willingness to undergo DBS checks, depending on project requirements (e.g., schools and NHS facilities).
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
* Regular availability of overtime.
* Works vehicle provided upon completion of probation period (6 Months)

Company Information:
* First Grade Projects are a specialist turnkey commercial fit out and building contractor
* The position is 40hours a week with flexible timings to suit the project but our typical working day is from 0800 - 1630
* Overtime and weekend working is available and may be required on a regular basis.
* We are based in Pontypridd and Llantrisant and works a typically South Wales.

Preferred experience/Qualifications:
* Experience in Plumbing, Pipe installation and repair
* Maintenance & Repair skills, including preventive Maintenance procedures
* Ability to work independently and troubleshoot plumbing issues
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing
* Previous experience in commercial plumbing is a plus
