The schools are the heartbeat of the community and are schools we have supported for a number of years. The Schools are looking to recruit the teachers ASAP with the roles on-going through out the academic year. As a Supply Teacher, you will work closely with teachers and staff to provide personalised support for students ensuring they receive the assistance they need to thrive in their education. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the implementation of personalised learning plans for SEN students Support children working at a level below expected Daily supply across a number of schools Planning already complete Phonics support Helping create a nurturing, positive, and inclusive learning environment Supporting classroom activities and adapting resources to meet student's needs Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development Collaborating with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to deliver targeted interventionsThis role is perfect for people looking for a flexible working balance.
