What You’ll Be Doing
* Allocating work to Technicians, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are consistently met
* Liaising with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers updated on any delays
* Monitoring productivity to ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes
* Identifying and resolving workshop issues quickly, keeping both the team and customers informed
* Supporting the workshop team to deliver a high standard of work at all times
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience within the automotive industry (Workshop Controller or Senior Technician level)
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills across departments and with customers
* A proactive leader who can motivate and support a team to hit targets
* A professional, solutions‑focused approach
