Customer Service Advisors - Temporary (Until End of January, Potential Extension)

Our client is looking for two Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in beautiful offices with a great culture and facilities, including an on-site canteen and free parking.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing exceptional assistance to customers via phone, email, and online channels
* Handling data entry and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
* Using IT systems confidently (Salesforce experience is a big plus!)
* Working collaboratively in an open-plan office with a supportive team
What We're Looking For
* Fully IT literate - comfortable navigating multiple systems
* Ideally experienced with Salesforce CRM
* Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Previous customer service experience is essential, call centre experience a distinct advantage!
