About the Role: We are looking for experienced and compassionate Crisis Support Workers to join our team on a bank basis. This role involves supporting children and young people during high-risk or emergency situations, providing safety, stability, and emotional support when it's needed most. You will work in a variety of settings including emergency placements, respite care, and one-to-one support. Shifts are available on both a planned and short-notice basis, including overnight work.
