Our client, a well-established luxury estate agent, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Self-Employed Estate Agent to join their network. Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate new property valuations through prospecting, networking, and marketing.
* Manage the entire sales process from valuation to completion, including marketing, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and overseeing sales progression.
* Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and best practices for selling their properties.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers.
* Utilize innovative marketing techniques, including social media and digital advertising, to promote properties and attract buyers.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in estate agency, with a strong background in property sales.
* A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to build a successful business.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and clients effectively.
* A proactive approach to generating new business and expanding your client base.
* A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
