Your Role:As a Support Worker, youll work as part of a focused and caring team. You will:
* Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
* Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
* Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
* Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families
Skills & Attributes:
* A caring and patient nature
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
* Previous experience in a care role is desirable butnot essentialas full training can be provided
