Job Opportunity: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with at least 3 years' post-qualified experience to join a well-established dispute resolution team in Glasgow. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload including commercial disputes, contractual matters, contentious property issues and private client litigation. You’ll work closely with experienced partners and colleagues, supporting a broad range of clients across sectors.
Role Requirements:
Experience:

* Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or general dispute resolution
* Previous involvement in cases before the Sheriff Court, arbitration, or adjudication
* Experience handling matters such as contract disputes, property-related claims and contested estates
\n
Skills:
\n
* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good organisational habits and an eye for detail
* Comfortable working directly with clients and external parties
