As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with moderate additional needs across the classroom
* Assist with learning tasks, differentiation, and emotional regulation
* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement individual support strategies
* Encourage independence, resilience, and positive engagement in school
* Help maintain a calm, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
