About this Role As the Service Co Ordinator within Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions Ireland, you will be central to keeping our service operations running smoothly, safely, and on time. This Service Co Ordinator role suits someone with previous coordination or service desk experience who enjoys customer contact, organisation, and making things work behind the scenes in a fast paced environment. Act as the first point of contact for customer breakdowns, logging calls and allocating work to engineers Coordinate servicing, repairs, parts, and authorisations while keeping accurate system records Support operational targets by managing tasks within agreed timeframes and quality standards Maintain clear communication with customers, engineers, and internal teams Play an active role in service improvement and operational consistency About You You enjoy supporting customers and colleagues, staying organised, and taking pride in doing things properly. You bring previous experience in a service, coordination, or operational support role and are comfortable learning systems and processes with support. Previous experience in a service desk, coordination, or customer service environment Clear and confident communicator with customers and internal teams Strong attention to detail with a practical, problem solving mindset Comfortable handling basic systems, paperwork, and health and safety documentation Not sure you meet every requirement listed?
