Senior Contract Manager - Cleaning Services (Fluent Spanish required)
We're looking for an accomplished Senior Contract Manager to lead cleaning operations across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive service excellence, ensure compliance, and nurture trusted client relationships.
You'll oversee a team of Site Managers, guiding them to deliver consistent quality, efficiency, and safety. From monitoring KPIs to mentoring teams and managing budgets, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards and driving innovation across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites
* Monitor and enhance performance through audits and client reviews
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
* Coach and develop Site Managers to achieve operational targets
* Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and contractual standards
* Support quotations and new contract mobilisations
Skills & Experience Required:
* Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
* Proven experience as a Senior Contract Manager within cleaning or Facilities Management
* Skilled in leadership, organisation, and client relationship management
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH, and cleaning compliance
* Proficient in reporting, budgeting, and workforce management systems
* BICSc, IOSH, or NEBOSH qualifications ideal
