Head Baker - Artisan Bakery
We are currently looking to recruit and experienced Head Baker. We're looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead the production of authentic breadschallah, bagels, rye, babkawith precision and passion. You'll oversee production schedules, uphold top food safety standards, and keep operations running smoothly.
The Perks
The Successful Head Baker can look forward to the following:
£18 per hour
40-48 hrs/week
Evening shifts: 4pm/5pm (8 hrs)

The Person
The Successful Head Baker will have the following
Proven experience with doughs & traditional bread-making
Head Baker or senior leadership experience essential
Skilled in challah, bagels, rye, babka
Strong knowledge of fermentation, proofing, baking
Organised, hygienic, and reliable Team leader with great communication
