The Role:
The Site Operations Manager will play a critical role in leading all activity across the operation within their field.
This position is a truly exciting opportunity, with lots of autonomy for an experienced logistics & supply chain professional to be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding organisation.
Core Aspects of the Site Operations Manager role:
1. Optimise Logistics Operations - Manage warehouse, transport, and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
2. Supplier & Vendor Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and key stakeholders to drive performance and cost efficiency's.
3. Inventory & Stock Control - Ensure accurate stock levels, reduce waste, and improve inventory forecasting to avoid shortages or overstocking.
4. Customer Order Fulfilment - Oversee sales order processing, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.
