Main duties of the job
You will gain experience in various specialist rotations, including therapeutic areas such as Neurology, Surgery, Renal, Endocrinology/Metabolic, Gastroenterology, Immunology, Rheumatology/Dermatology, PN, and Commissioning. You will be guided and supported by Senior Specialist Pharmacists and introduced to core directorate activities, including new drug assessments and clinical guideline development.

* Registered as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent experience
* Non-Medical Prescriber
Experience/Knowledge
* Experience providing clinical services in specialist areas such as rheumatology, dermatology, surgery, intensive care, neurology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, metabolic, PN, renal, commissioning, and general paediatrics on the private wards
* Multi-disciplinary team working
* Use of medicines in specialist paediatrics
* Experience in writing and updating local guidelines
* Understanding of pharmaceutical issues in specialist areas
Skills/Abilities
* Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
